Return of the gaming undead

I’ve been a geek for a long time  oooooooo shiny gadgets !!!!  But now I’m actively participating in a MMPORG. World of Warcraft …

I played my brothers for a little while before christmas and while I was visiting again last weekend I installed it on my iBook and used my brothers guest pass.

3 hours later I’d bought my own copy …

There’s all these choices – Alliance [ goodies – technically ] or Horde [ uhm  the less… goodies] and then d’you want to be a troll or an elf or an orc.

So obviously I’m an undead. Anyone who’s ever tried to wake me before noon on a weekend will see where the resemblance comes into play. Stick with what you know. and they’re on the Horde. And even the Horde think they’re a bit suspect  from what i can gather.
Then what should I be  …  bearing in mind that my warrior skills are less than adequate – and how my intentions are to explore this cool place without really fighting anyone… priest. Perfect. Trundle along healing folk. The odd blessing.

Except… you hit the puny humans with a few smites, and before you know it youre thinking … hahahahaha I wonder what else I can do and you end up more of a Father Jack than a Father Ted.

Brother A has kindly condescended to babysit my first few forays… and takes me sightseeing round places where i’d get wiped out on my own. Bless. I suspect he’s training up his own tame healer priest …
