2014 and i havent gotten any taller. That means I don’t have to grow up anytime soon as far as I’m comcerned. Nephews A & B are both taller than me now. Not that they make an effort to point it out on a regular basis, or casually mention t-shirts, banners, advertisements, just in case I didnt notice. Did I mention they are also known as Evil 1&2? I met up with my cousins on my Dad’s side this weekend, for the first time in 25 years. Baby J is a foot and half taller than me, and Little A has just had baby number 2 , and is no longer “the short one”. I got my vengeance by inflicting a crochet Yoda hat on her newborn. Or a Shrek Yoga hat, according to her eldest.

Okay, so I might have taken up crochet again. A bit. I might have finished the epic pink blanket, and the stripey blanket, and half a dozen pairs of fingerless gloves and be halfway through the rest of the blankets and I keep bringing wool home, and theres a bit of a pile…..
